Thank YOU V.S. Catalog!

Hello Lovely Readers,
        Hope you all had a fantastic day. I however had a very plain day. :/ Oh wells I come home and see my Victoria Secrets catalog laying on the counter and...low and behold I've found new motivation. Every year I look through that catalog and every year I tell myself I'm going to loose weight and look like those models. Now I know in reality that I will never look like a model but...I can look healthy and beautiful. :D So I went to my room and updated my inspiration wall. I have a dry erase calendar that I write exercises and weight ins on and check each day if I do good or bad and then I have motivational phrases and then pics of models. Also I have a huge paper calendar with school stuff on it. I'll upload a pic soon...it's not working tonight. :(

Okay so this week has not gone too well. I havent stuck to anything on my plan. :( I promise myself to do better tomorrow. :) A new day, a new chance, and a new success! :D

Okay so now I have to do sociology hw. :( Any who, have a good night! :D Remember to be you and be great! :D

**Getting Started in hurr**

Hello 2 @ll my lovely readers!

         So I guess I should start with introductions...
First off my blog "learning to love me" is going to talk about my daily struggle with not loving myself and all the things I'm doing to grow a love for myself. Also I will ramble on about daily boring stuff like work, school, and whatever else I'm doing in my life. I've struggled since pre-teenish age with self hatred and all the things that come with it and now I'm tearing down those walls that have kept me boxed in and breaking free of self hate. I'm becoming a new me and learning to love myself one day at a time.

Okay now me. My name is Holly, I'm 22 years young (I love that young part instead of old lol makes me laugh). I work full time as a nanny and go to school part time at night. I have a lovely family. I'm not sure what I want to do carreer wise but I do have many ideas. Things I am very fond of: Sleep*Shopping*Swimming*Singing heh they all start with S's Also:Baking and Cooking*Making laughs*Going to the Beach*.

This year my most important goals are to *Loose weight the healthy way*Get fit*Save money*make really good grades in school*Volunteer*and find happiness or purpose!

O.K. So first things first. I am on weight watchers which is a fabulous program. I will talk more about it in another blog. The past two weeks I've sucked at it so I'm starting tomorrow to do better. I am going to train for a 5k..I think the program I'm starting tomorrow will take 9 weeks if I stay on track. So I have an early morning ahead of me 4:30am walk/run. So I will be going to bed soon. My daily goals to complete are as follows :
*Stay within my weight watchers points
*Drink a Gallon of water or at least 100 ounces
*Do 5k training every moring m-fri
*Do extra exercise Fri, Sat, & Sun
If I stick to this I will feel accomplished and teach myself will power. I think it's a very healthy plan. Okay well that's basically what I'm doing I will do a breakdown of each day and add more exciting post soon! Stay tuned! :D
